Sasha Bahador, Yoga Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, Reiki Practitioner

Shann

Sasha has been actively involved in the health and fitness industry for the past 10 years as a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Reiki Practitioner. She offers a highly integrated and hands-on approach in her teaching style with focus on Asana Alignment and a deeply restorative Savasana.

Sasha has been actively involved in the health and fitness industry for the past 10 years. After completing her degree in Physical Education she set out on a journey discovering the potential of the human body working as a personal trainer and Fitness consultant.

A few years ago she was introduced to the study and practice of Yoga, meditation and Reiki by a mentor causing an incredible awakening in her life. Ever since that time her appreciation of the human body has evolved to a deeper fascination with the power of the mind and spirit. The more she studied and practiced the ancient wisdom of these disciplines, the more she wanted to learn. Over the past few years she has continued her studies and practice of the 8 limbs of Yoga; Reiki, Ayurveda and many other forms of holistic health and healing.

Sasha offers a highly integrated approach in her teaching style. Incorporating her knowledge and experience as a personal trainer to focus on proper alignment within each Asana. She often tells her participants "Bliss and Pain are often only a few inches away from one another". When your body falls into perfect alignment within an Asana there is a distinct difference in how you feel. But anyone who has been to one of Sasha's classes knows that her favorite part of a practice is Savasana as she lovingly works with your body to bring about that final surrender for the mind, body and spirit to unite and restore.

"The most rewarding experience is being a part of someone else's journey and transformation to live a healthy, inspired, positive, whole, authentic and balanced life. A fellow yogi once said "…We are all trying to find our way back to our source, which is limitless and boundless joy"
